- Discover potential sellers by field visits, phone calls, and local outreach.
- Explain the benefits of selling on Bikroy and convince business owners to become paying sellers.
- Manage everything from the first meeting to finalising the contract and collecting the initial payment.
- Register new seller accounts, teach them how to use the platform, and input their details into our CRM system.
- Keep daily activity logs, sales pipelines, and records updated in the CRM.
- Work with internal teams to fix any signup or account setup problems quickly for a smooth customer experience.
- Identify new business areas or industries with high growth potential and share ideas with the team.
