𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-time, Office-based

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Mohammadpur, Dhaka

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Minimum 1 year

We are looking for a smart, proactive and sales-focused Jr. Executive, Sales & Support who can communicate with potential clients, follow up with leads and help convert inquiries into successful projects.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Communicate with potential and existing clients through phone, WhatsApp and social media

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable services

• Explain service details, pricing and project process clearly

• Maintain client records and coordinate with the creative team

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer support or client communication

• Strong communication skills in Bangla and English

• Confident, polite and convincing communication style

• Good follow-up and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented and organized mindset

• Basic understanding of branding, design or digital services will be an advantage

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: Sales commission available based on performance
