Junior Executive, Content & Digital Marketing

Craftsman is a premium leather brand specializing in an exclusive collection of high-quality leather bags and footwear for both men and women, known for our commitment to craftsmanship and timeless style under the Craftsman and Elfe labels. We looking for a Junior Executive to own the day-to-day running of our online section.

Location : Full-time, Head Office, Dhaka | Factory visits approx. 2 times a month with team. Experience: 1-2 years

What you'll do -

·    Own the full order cycle — confirm, process, dispatch and follow up until delivery

·    Call customers to confirm orders and reduce cancellation and RTO rates

·    Manage customer queries across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, website chat and phone

·    Coordinate work orders with the factory and handle courier, exchange and return issues

·    Take ownership of follower and engagement growth on the Craftsman and Elfe pages

·    Drive brand building — consistent tone of voice, visual style and storytelling

·    Generate new content ideas continuously and execute the monthly content calendar

·    Build mood boards and coordinate product and content photoshoots

·    Visit the factory with the Director and contribute design ideas for bags, shoes and accessories

·    Manage influencer collaborations from outreach to content delivery

·    Maintain daily sales entry and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports

·    Support Meta Ads operations, seasonal campaigns, flash sales and clearance sales

·    Support the team in any ongoing task and any work assigned by management

What we're looking for -

·    Minimum Bachelor's degree; Marketing or Business preferred

·    Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or customer service

·    Strong Excel skills and accurate reporting habits

·    Working knowledge of Facebook Page, Instagram, Meta Business Suite and content scheduling

·    Practical experience with Canva; basic video editing is a plus

·    Innovative and creative thinking with genuine interest in design and brand building

·    Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bangla

·    Must be a team player

·    Willingness to visit the factory regularly with the Director

Good to have -

Experience with Shopify, exposure to courier platforms and a background in fashion or footwear retail.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience. Festival bonus and other benefits as per company policy, with a clear growth path to Executive / Senior Executive.
