Role Description:

• Identify and understand customer needs and requirements through various communication channels and provide appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical and billing-related support to customers and stakeholders through various applications.
• Monitor different types of services and provide necessary technical and billing support.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for billing, reporting, analysis, and related operational activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks.
