Role Description The Junior Designer / Officer (Design Department) is a full-time, on-site role based in Nilphāmāri. This role supports the design team in developing and refining product designs, layouts, and visual concepts in line with company standards and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with creating design drafts, updating existing designs, preparing production-ready files, and maintaining organized design documentation. The Junior Designer / Officer collaborates with senior designers, production teams, and other departments to ensure design feasibility, accuracy, and timely delivery. The role also involves following design guidelines, participating in review meetings, and continuously improving skills through feedback and training.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess foundational design skills, including basic knowledge of product design, color, typography, and visual composition with good MS Excel.

Candidates should possess proficiency in common design software and tools (e.g., Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar applications) relevant to industrial or product design.

Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, accuracy in preparing files and documentation, and the ability to follow design specifications and guidelines.

Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with design, production, and other cross-functional teams.

Candidates should possess good time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Fine Arts, or a related field or graduation is preferred.

Prior internship or entry-level experience in a design or manufacturing environment will be considered an advantage.

Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop technical and creative skills within the design department is essential.
