Labaid Cancer Hospital & Super Speciality Centre Ltd. is seeking a qualified, dedicated, and experienced medical professional for the position of Junior Consultant – Radiation Oncology. The selected candidate will contribute to delivering high-quality, patient-centered oncology care as part of our multidisciplinary cancer care team.
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients requiring radiation oncology services.
- Participate in radiation therapy treatment planning and delivery.
- Review patients during and after radiation treatment and manage treatment-related complications.
- Collaborate with Medical Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Radiology, Pathology, Medical Physics, and other clinical teams.
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor board discussions and clinical decision-making.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, clinical guidelines, patient safety, and quality standards.
- Participate in departmental meetings, clinical audits, academic activities, and continuous professional development.
- Perform other relevant clinical responsibilities assigned by the department.
- Experience: 3+ years
- Education: diploma in medical technology (radiotherapy)
- Skills: oncology clinical research, oncology nursing, oncology, radiology, radiation safety, radiation therapy, surgical oncology, radiologic technology
