- To prepare details measurement, Drawing, detailing of lay-out plan, design with Auto-CAD presentation 2D/3D preparation as per requirements of the Company.
- To prepare details measurement, Drawing, detailing of lay-out plan, design with SKETCHUP presentation/3D preparation as per requirements of the Company.
- To collaborate with the Lead Architect and Engineer in designing and developing architectural plans.
- Utilize AutoCAD, Sketchup, Vary, Photoshop, LUMION, Enscape and Illustrator for project visualization and documentation.
- To prepare detailed submission drawings from scratch for projects.
- Work with reference drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- To Implement cover blocks and viewports effectively for optimal drawing layout.
- Implement layer manager and layer state manager efficiently and effectively.
- Prompt implementation to site change in 2d and 3d layout.
- The applicants should have experience in creative Interior Design Solutions.
- To prepare BOQ & Specification as per design-drawing.
- To Give assistance & co-ordination with the Project In-Charge & concerned person.
- To undertake any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
- Designing and Making sketches when required.
- Site Project Supervision.
- Experience:
- Education: diploma in architecture
- Skills: architectural design, autocad architecture, technical proficiency in design software, site coordination, site engineering, construction drawings, architecture design, design software, design software proficiency (e.g., engineering drawings
