- Assist in developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining software applications.
- Support customization, enhancement, and maintenance of ERP modules and business applications.
- Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and business applications as required.
- Support automation of existing business processes through technology solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, system manuals, and user guides.
- Provide application and ERP support to end users when required.
- Monitor application performance and assist in resolving technical issues.
- Participate in ERP implementation, system enhancement, and digital transformation projects.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, programming practices, and enterprise IT solutions.
- Perform other IT & ERP-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
