- Develop and update training PPT & monitor training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance.
- Develop annual training calendars and coordinate training schedules across outlets and departments.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle—job posting, CV screening, interviews, selection & joining formalities.
- Maintain personnel files, HR databases, and employee documentation.
- Prepare the appointment letter and joining documentation.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HR reports (recruitment, turnover, absent %, OT %, headcount).
- Maintain proper documentation of new hires and update HRIS/employee database.
- Maintain leave registers and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Explain HR policies, rules, code of conduct, and compliance requirements to new employees.
- Identify worker training needs and arrange training (orientation, soft skills, awareness).
- Update HR dashboards and share reports with management.
- Experience: 2 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in human resource management
