- Receive, verify, and process customer orders through approved channels, ensure accurate entry into the ERP/software system, prepare delivery challans, and coordinate timely product delivery with the Sales, Marketing, Factory, and Logistics teams.
- Maintain accurate records of product receipts, deliveries, stock movements, inventory transactions, pending orders, and sample deliveries, ensuring proper documentation and authorization before releasing products.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct periodic physical stock verification, reconcile physical stock with system records, investigate discrepancies, and submit daily stock summaries and monthly inventory variance reports to Head Office.
- Maintain all VAT-related records, registers, challans, and supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable VAT laws, regulations, and internal control requirements.
- Prepare and process product requisitions, production orders, and other operational documents required to ensure uninterrupted product availability and customer service.
- Maintain departmental administrative records, including attendance, bills, vouchers, stationery requisitions, and proper filing of all sales, inventory, VAT, and operational documents.
- Provide operational and reporting support to Management and the Marketing & Sales Department, and perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
- Experience: At least 1 year
- Education: bachelor of social science in anthropology
- Skills: back office operations, sales order processing, warehouse operations, retailoperations, administrative tasks, warehouseoperations, shipping and receiving, supply chain operations, order processing, take orders
