Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, guest-focused Jr. Executive – Reservation to join our team. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and an eye for accuracy, we want to meet you.

This role is central to the guest journey — you'll be the first point of contact for travelers planning their stay, shaping their very first impression of Dream Square Resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Reservation Handling: Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking channels, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Guest Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries about rates, packages, availability, and resort facilities
• System Management: Accurately record, update, and track bookings, modifications, and cancellations in the reservation system
• Cross-Team Coordination: Liaise with the front office and housekeeping teams to ensure room availability and readiness
• Reporting: Maintain up-to-date occupancy forecasts and reservation reports to support management decisions

Required Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Minimum 3 months of experience in the Hospitality Industry or Telecommunications sector. Freshers are also welcome to apply
• Industry Expertise: Educational background or qualification in Hospitality Management is preferred, along with an understanding of guest expectations and service standards

Technical Skills

• Comfortable working with reservation/booking software (training provided)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
