- Assist in the day-to-day production operations of Sweets and Dairy products.
- Assist in production planning and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor production processes to maintain product quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, and other production resources.
- Maintain daily production records and prepare necessary reports.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Warehouse, Procurement, and other relevant departments.
- Follow GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and other applicable food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor production activities and report any issues to the Production Manager/Senior Management.
- Assist in reducing production losses, wastage, and improving production efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic production environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
- Experience: 1-2 years
- Education: diploma in food technology
- Skills: food manufacturing, daily operations management, food industry knowledge, manufacturing operations management, production management, production processes, daily operations, kitchen operations, assistant duties, food processing
