Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads and identify potential land acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct market surveys and site visits for land and property opportunities.
- Maintain communication with customers, landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Support land price negotiation and acquisition-related activities.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for document verification and due diligence.
- Prepare and maintain sales, acquisition, and market reports.
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Education:
- Skills: vacant land sales, sales acumen, identifying sales opportunities, sales administration, corporate sales, site acquisition
