Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is field-based door-to-door visits for device retrieval, maintaining daily activity logs and managing external communications to minimize customer churn.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Collection & Retrieval: Conduct door-to-door visits to retrieve devices from designated customer locations in accordance with operational targets.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly collection targets assigned by the management.
- Customer Retention & Communication: Engage effectively with clients to resolve outstanding issues, facilitate device returns and support churn-recovery efforts.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate daily work logs and submit field visit reports to the line supervisor on time.
- Compliance & Coordination: Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth field operations and adhere to company guidelines.
- Experience: 0-1 year
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
- Skills: sales targets, sales support, sales target, sales target achievement, sales operations
