- Attendance management.
- Leave management.
- Hire casual labor according to each production unit demand.
- Prepare casual labors daily bill.
- Prepare casual labors monthly wages sheet.
- Prepare staff and workers over time.
- Prepare all permanent staffs and workers monthly attendance sheet for salary purpose.
- Staff & worker's database management.
- Employee grievance management.
- Disciplinary action management.
- Check all production unit that workers doing their duty properly.
- Assist new staff to opening salary account.
- Verify workers medical bill, etc.
- Any other task assigned by Management.
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in human resource management
- Skills: attendance management, payroll management, employee management, payroll management, staff management, administrative tasks, daily operations management, payroll administration, labor support, hr management
