Jr. Engineer – Documentation (Civil)

Position: Jr. Engineer – Documentation (Civil)

Job Type: Project Based

Job Responsibilities:

• Study working drawings and templates for preparation of As-Built documentation.
• Prepare As-Built documentation based on site execution records and inspection reports
• Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain necessary data and supporting documents.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal staff.
• Liaise with client specialists, designers, and project staff for final submission.
• Attend documentation meetings and report progress to HOD.

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from a government recognized institute. or
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:

• Diploma Holders: 2–3 years of experience
• B.Sc Engineers: 0–1 years of experience
• Documentation experience will be preferred.

Additional Requirements:

Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel (Mandatory)

Strong teamwork, patience, time management, and communication skills
