Jr. Case Manager

WE’RE HIRING | JUNIOR CASE MANAGER

Headman Law Group is looking for a motivated and confident Junior Case Manager to join our team in Motijheel, Dhaka.

🎓 Law students are preferred.

• Contact and follow up with inbound leads
• Understand prospective clients’ needs and explain relevant services
• Convert qualified leads into consultations and clients
• Maintain regular communication with leads and clients
• Assist with case management and client coordination
• Participate in marketing videos, live sessions, webinars, and social media content
• Host or co-host live sessions when required
• Collaborate with the legal and marketing teams
• Maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM

• Current law student or recent law graduate preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional personality
• Strong sales and follow-up skills
• Comfortable appearing on camera and hosting live sessions
• Strong interest in U.S. immigration law
• Organized, proactive, and target-oriented
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or case management is a plus

📍 Location: Motijheel, Dhaka

🕐 Employment: Full-Time

🌙 Shift: Night Shift

📅 Weekly Holiday: Sunday

💰 Salary: BDT 20,000 + Sales Commission
