Jr Architect / Intern

The Jr. Architect / Intern – BIM, AI & Enterprise Solutions will work with STBL’s Enterprise Software (Design & Solutions) Team, supporting the application of BIM technology and AI in architecture, design, engineering, and construction workflows. The role will involve assisting in BIM-based design, documentation, visualization, coordination, AI-enabled design workflows, technical demonstrations, solution development, and client presentations. The candidate will collaborate with senior architects, BIM specialists, technical teams, and enterprise solution professionals to understand client requirements and develop technology-driven solutions. The position will also involve a techno-business and business development role, including identifying client opportunities, supporting proposals and demonstrations, understanding client requirements, and building strategic relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and other AEC industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

* Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) – currently pursuing or recently completed.

* Basic knowledge of architectural design, BIM, CAD, and/or visualization tools.

* Strong interest in BIM, AI, digital transformation, and technology applications in the AEC industry.

* Good analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

* Willingness to learn enterprise software, emerging technologies, and technology-driven business solutions.

* Ability to work collaboratively with technical, sales, and business development teams.

* Prior academic project, internship, BIM, or client-facing experience will be an advantage.
