- Assist in architectural design, planning and development of residential projects.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp and relevant software.
- Assist in apartment layouts, space planning, interior/exterior design and detailing.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical and plumbing requirements.
- Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation and construction progress.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project teams to resolve design issues.
- Assist in material selection, finishes and architectural detailing.
- Prepare project presentations, drawings and architectural documentation.
- Maintain drawing records, revisions and project documents.
- Assist senior architects and management in design and project coordination.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable codes, regulations and project requirements.
- Perform other architecture-related duties assigned by management.
- Experience: 1-2 years
- Education: diploma in architecture
- Skills: autocad architecture, architectural design, architectural drawings, architectural illustration, architecture design, 3d architectural rendering, building design, interior architecture
