Role Description The Japanese Teacher will deliver engaging, well-structured lessons to learners at various proficiency levels, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing lesson plans, preparing teaching materials, conducting classes, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will also support learners with exam preparation, maintain class records, and collaborate with the academic team to improve course quality. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Japanese Teaching and Teaching skills, with the ability to instruct learners at different levels.
• Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Education skills to design structured, goal-oriented lessons.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with learners and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing) and a solid understanding of Japanese grammar and culture are beneficial.
• A relevant academic background in Japanese language, education, linguistics, or related fields is preferred.
• Prior experience in classroom teaching or language training, especially in institutional settings, is an advantage.
• Ability to manage time effectively, maintain discipline, and create an inclusive, supportive learning environment is desirable.
