About The Position

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Japanese language classes for N5 and N4 levels.
- Prepare students for JLPT N5/N4 and other relevant Japanese language examinations.
- Develop lesson plans, classroom materials, assignments, and practice exercises.
- Teach Japanese grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and conversation.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and mock examinations.
- Monitor individual student progress and provide necessary guidance.
- Help students develop practical Japanese communication skills for living and studying in Japan.
- Provide guidance on Japanese culture, etiquette, and communication practices where relevant.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Coordinate with the academic/management team regarding student progress.
- Participate in orientation sessions, seminars, and student counseling activities when required.
- JLPT N4 or N3 certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese grammar, vocabulary, and communication.
- Previous experience teaching N5/N4 students will be highly preferred.
- Japanese language teaching certification/training will be an advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain Japanese language concepts clearly to Bangladeshi students.
- Responsible, punctual, patient, and student-friendly.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Japanese language institutes or student consultancy/education sectors will receive preference.
