Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Japanese Language Interpreter to facilitate effective communication between Japanese management, local employees, and different operational departments. The ideal candidate should have strong Japanese, English, and Bangla communication skills and the ability to support factory operations and business communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate and interpret between Japanese, English, and Bangla in both directions.
- Facilitate smooth communication between local staff and Japanese teams.
- Participate in online meetings with the Japan office and ensure proper communication of operational and strategic matters.
- Assist Japanese management with factory-related activities to improve performance and productivity.
- Handle professional email communication in Japanese.
- Support communication regarding quality standards, production processes, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate communication between Japanese teams and Merchandising, Production, and Planning departments.
- Translate documents, instructions, reports, and other business communications when required.
- Ensure accurate and culturally appropriate interpretation during meetings and workplace discussions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- JLPT N3 or above (Passed) is mandatory.
- 2–4 years of professional experience as a Japanese Language Interpreter, Translator, or in a similar role.
- Experience in a factory, manufacturing, garments, merchandising, or production environment will be an advantage.

- Skills: Japanese language proficiency, Japanese–English–Bangla Translation, Interpretation, Simultaneous & Consecutive Interpretation
