Technical Support 1.Computer Hardware installation and troubleshooting 2.Printer Install & Sharing 3.All IT equipment Install & support 4.Outlook mail configure , backup & restore 5. Provided end-user IT support (physical and remote) using AnyDesk and TightVNC Etc.
Hardware & Software 1.PC Assembling / Dissembling 2.Printer Basic Troubleshooting 3.All Software installation & support 4.PC Primary of check any of problem like power supply ,Ram ,Store Drive etc. Networking 1.Switch, Hub, Wi-Fi Installation & Support 2.Terminated RJ45 connectors & set up structured network cabling system
3.Performed comprehensive troubleshooting of computer hardware & software issues.
4.Network setup & maintenance support for PC or Printer
