- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees and management.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, email, and operating system issues.
- Install, configure, and update Windows operating systems and application software.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access rights.
- Support Microsoft Office applications and common business software.
- Monitor LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
- Troubleshoot switches, routers, wireless access points, and structured cabling issues.
- Provide technical support for the Club's ERP software and coordinate with software vendors.
- Maintain CCTV, biometric attendance devices, IP telephony, and other IT-enabled systems.
- Perform regular system backup and recovery procedures.
- Monitor antivirus, endpoint security, and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
- Provide IT support during Club events, meetings, elections, and special programs.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT personnel or external vendors.
- Maintain service logs and prepare periodic IT support reports.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of IT or Management.
- Experience: 1-2 years
- Education: bachelor of science in computer science and engineering (cse)
- Skills: it support, technical support, computer maintenance, administrative support, technical services, basic it troubleshooting
