client support.
The ideal candidate will communicate directly with international clients, coordinate technical requirements, provide day-to-day IT support, and collaborate with internal development, marketing, and support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with international clients through calls, chats, and emails in professional English.
- Coordinate and support web development tasks and client requirements.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing activities.
- Perform SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Manage and troubleshoot domain and hosting-related issues, including DNS, hosting panels, transfers, and renewals.
- Set up and manage workflows, funnels, automations, and CRM operations using GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Provide technical support and resolve client and internal queries.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate complex technical issues when required.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and follow company SOPs.
- Work closely with marketing, development, and support teams.
- Assist in training or guiding team members and clients on systems and tools when required.
- Fluent in English with strong spoken and written communication skills — mandatory.
- Working knowledge of web development fundamentals.
- Practical knowledge of digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Good technical and IT knowledge with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
- Understanding of domain and hosting management.
- Prior experience in an IT company, digital agency, or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Comfortable working night shifts from the office.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / CSE
