IT Support & Client Communication

Lowkia is a fast-growing organization with its own system solutions, dedicated training center, and strong in-house marketing team. We work with international clients and are looking for a dedicated, disciplined, and flexible professional with strong English communication and IT/technical expertise.

Job Overview

We are looking for an IT Support & Client Communication Executive who can bridge technical operations with professional client communication. The role involves working with Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Domain & Hosting, and GHL (GoHighLevel) while communicating directly with international clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with international clients through calls, chat, and email in professional English
• Coordinate Web Development tasks and understand client requirements
• Plan, execute, and monitor Digital Marketing activities
• Perform SEO tasks including keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Manage and troubleshoot Domain & Hosting issues, including DNS and hosting panels
• Handle domain transfers, renewals, and related technical issues
• Set up and manage GHL workflows, funnels, automations, and CRM operations
• Provide day-to-day technical support to clients and internal teams
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex matters when necessary
• Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation
• Follow company SOPs and collaborate with development, marketing, and support teams
• Assist in training team members or clients on systems and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluent English communication — strong spoken and written English is mandatory
• Working knowledge of Web Development fundamentals
• Practical experience in Digital Marketing
• Good understanding of SEO
• Strong IT and technical knowledge
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Knowledge of GHL (GoHighLevel) is a strong advantage
• Understanding of Domain & Hosting management
• Experience in an IT company, digital agency, or similar environment is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working night shifts from the office.

Shift: Night Shift

Office Hours: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 Days/Week)

Salary: BDT 20,000 – 30,000 (Negotiable based on experience & skills).
