IT Specialist - Weekend shift

IT Specialist 

The Language Doctors, Inc. is a leading language solutions provider committed to delivering top-quality linguistic and technology-driven services. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Specialist to join our remote team. 

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving technical challenges and ensuring seamless IT operations in a cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to our global team.
• Install, configure, and maintain systems, networks, and cloud-based applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Administer network workstations using TCP/IP protocols.
• Manage system security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Monitor and optimize network and system performance.
• Document IT procedures and support requests.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in IT systems and network support (entry-level candidates with strong skills are also encouraged to apply).
• Professional English level (written and spoken).
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Experience with remote IT tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in cybersecurity or data protection.
• Familiarity with automation or scripting tools.
• Previous experience in international or remote teams.

Available Schedule: 

• Friday to Sunday from 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM EST
• Saturday to Monday from 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM EST
