Role Description The IT Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, responsible for maintaining and supporting the company’s technology infrastructure. Typical day-to-day tasks include monitoring and administering local networks, installing and updating hardware and software, and ensuring secure and reliable connectivity for office systems. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues for team members, managing basic data backup procedures, and supporting the security and performance of network resources. The IT Specialist will collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure systems are aligned with business needs and to provide timely technical support for daily business activities.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Information Technology knowledge and practical experience with common office systems and applications.
• Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration and Network Security to manage, monitor, and protect local networks and internet connectivity.
• Candidates should possess excellent Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose, escalate, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to support internal users, communicate technical information clearly, and respond to issues professionally.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with Windows-based environments, basic server management, and data backup practices is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, manage multiple tasks, and maintain organized documentation of systems and incidents.
