- Manage and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, servers, and IT equipment.
- Maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, internet and network connectivity.
- Provide technical support to all departments and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Support and maintain ERP, HR & Payroll, Production, Inventory, Merchandising and MIS systems.
- Manage user accounts, access control, data backup, antivirus and IT security.
- Maintain and support CCTV, biometric attendance, access control and IP phone systems.
- Monitor IT assets, software licenses and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with IT vendors, internet service providers and software/service providers.
- Support ERP implementation, automation, system integration and digital transformation.
- Ensure smooth IT operations at the factory production floor and Head Office.
- Prepare IT reports and maintain proper IT documentation and SOPs.
- Experience: 5+ years
- Education: computer science and engineering
- Skills: it support, computer maintenance, it operations, it infrastructure management, computer network operations, administrative support, technical support, computer operations
