Job Title: IT Security Admin

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Security Professional to join our team as an IT Security Admin, Infrastructure & Network Analysis. This is a full-time role for a hands-on expert who will drive infrastructure security, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen our overall cybersecurity posture while supporting the organization’s mission as a Payment System Operator. This position is offered by IT Consultants PLC, located in Tejgaon, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT infrastructure and network security strategies.
• Threat Hunting, Vulnerability Assessment, and Penetration Testing for Existing System Improvements at the infrastructure.
• Manage and monitor SIEM, EDR, and WAF services.
• Conduct internal audits for Required Compliance.
• Conduct regular network and data security checks.
• Identifies and implements software and system updates.
• Conducts system audits and shares operating system reports with Top Management.
• Researches and evaluates emerging technologies, hardware, and software.
• Monitors networks for security breaches and investigates violations.
• Assists in designing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity plans.
• Develops and directs the implementation of security standards and best practices.
• Recommends security enhancements to IT Management.
• Collaborates with vendors for procurement and system upgrades.
• Provides direction for IT team members and identifies opportunities for training and skills advancement.
• Experience with F5 BIG-IP Application Security Manager or similar WAF is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS, PCI-3DS, PCI-CP, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational IT security objectives.

Qualifications:

• At least three (3) years working in the IT Security Field
• Bachelor’s degree in CSE or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, ISMS, RMS, CSA, CompTIA Security+, CEH, CCNA.
• Participation in CTF competitions will be a plus point.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
