IT Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling IT products, software, hardware, cloud services, or technology solutions to businesses and individual customers.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Meet potential clients to understand their IT requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Present and demonstrate IT products, software, and services to customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on the latest IT products, technologies, and market trends.
- Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, and marketing strategies.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate business opportunities.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Education:
- Skills: technicalsales, technical sales, sales skills, ict sales, inside sales, telesales, sales operations, identifying sales opportunities, c-level sales, sales support
