Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site IT Manager position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The IT Manager will oversee the company's IT operations, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of technological systems. Responsibilities include managing IT infrastructure, leading IT initiatives, ensuring cybersecurity, and supervising a team of IT professionals. The role involves implementing and maintaining systems to meet the organization's needs, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and best practices.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure management, network administration, and system maintenance.
• Expertise in cybersecurity, data protection, and related compliance policies to ensure a secure operating environment.
• Proficiency in team management, project management, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud computing, database management, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage IT staff efficiently.
• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; professional certifications such as CISSP, ITIL, or PMP are a plus.
• Proven experience in the telecommunication or infrastructure industry is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
