IT ENTERPRISE MANAGER

We’re looking for an experienced IT professional to lead the management and support of merchant settlement systems, enterprise applications, and data platforms. You’ll be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate merchant settlements, maintaining system availability, managing production incidents, and driving continuous improvements across applications and data operations. This is a strong fit for someone with hands-on experience in application support, payment or settlement systems, and a strong understanding of production operations and stakeholder management.

Work Location: Dhaka-based office (supporting overseas team)

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support merchant settlement systems to ensure timely, accurate, and reliable settlement processing.
• Lead application support activities, including incident, problem, change, and release management.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and operational health, and drive resolution of production issues.
• Oversee data warehousing, ETL processes, data pipelines, and data quality management.
• Work closely with business users, technology teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver system enhancements and operational improvements.
• Lead incident management and ensure timely resolution of critical production issues.
• Ensure systems and operational processes comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Drive automation, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Support system enhancements, releases, UAT, and production rollout activities.
• Provide technical leadership, stakeholder coordination, and operational guidance across supported systems.
• Maintain appropriate system documentation, operational procedures, and support processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application support, payment/settlement systems, financial technology, or related IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of production support, incident management, problem management, change management, and system operations.
• Experience managing enterprise applications and supporting business-critical systems in production environments.
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL/data pipelines, SQL, and database technologies is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with payment processing, merchant settlement, banking systems, or financial technology environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business teams, technology teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Strong leadership, ownership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of operational controls, audit requirements, compliance, and risk management is an advantage.
