- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and internet-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain office network devices, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Manage employee accounts, email access, and system permissions.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and IT procurement when necessary.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
- Assist in implementing cybersecurity best practices and data security measures.
- Support new employee onboarding by setting up workstations and required system access.
- Experience:
- Education: diploma in computer science
- Skills: it support, computer maintenance, technical support, basic it troubleshooting, administrative support, computer network operations
