Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Investor role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Investor will evaluate residential and commercial real estate opportunities listed on the platform, conduct financial and market analysis, and recommend investment strategies aligned with organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include assessing managed funds and fractional ownership projects, monitoring portfolio performance, and preparing clear reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners. The role involves regular collaboration with developers, agencies, and industry professionals to source high-potential deals, negotiate investment terms, and ensure compliance with local regulations and internal risk guidelines. The Investor will also support the refinement of Real Estate BD’s investment offerings by sharing data-driven insights and market trends with the product and business teams.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in financial analysis, investment evaluation, and portfolio management.
• Candidates should possess sound knowledge of real estate markets, property valuation, and due diligence processes.
• Candidates should possess analytical and research skills, including proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
• Candidates should possess effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling tools, with comfort using digital platforms and CRMs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in real estate investment, private equity, asset management, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, manage multiple projects, and make data-driven decisions with a high level of integrity.
