- Manage inventory of sweets, dairy products, and related raw materials.
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and other inventory items.
- Monitor daily stock receiving, issuing, transferring, and closing balances.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess stock, and discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Store, Accounts, and other relevant departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions.
- Ensure proper stock control and minimize inventory loss or wastage.
- Experience: 5 years
- Education: bachelor of supply chain management
- Skills: inventory management, inventory management, inventory control, stock management, inventory control systems
