Role Description This is an on-site internship role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Interns will support project teams in planning and executing flooring coating projects, including site preparation, material handling, and assisting with installation activities under supervision. Day-to-day responsibilities may include documenting project progress, collecting measurements and data, coordinating with supervisors and technicians, and helping ensure safety and quality standards are followed. Interns may also assist in basic client communication, preparing simple reports, and learning about various industrial and commercial flooring systems. The role is designed to provide practical, hands-on experience and exposure to real-world flooring projects and industry practices.
Qualifications

• Interest in construction, civil engineering, industrial flooring, or related technical fields, with a willingness to learn practical site work.
• Basic understanding of safety practices, quality standards, and the importance of accurate measurement and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability in following instructions, and ability to work in a team-oriented on-site environment.
• Good communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with supervisors, technicians, and clients.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant diploma or degree program (e.g., Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Technology) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and adapt to field conditions, including variable schedules based on project needs.
