About The Role

Shinepukur Ceramics PLC is looking for an energetic, commercially focused, and result-oriented International Marketing Manager to expand its global business footprint. The role is responsible for acquiring new international customers, strengthening strategic relationships with existing buyers, driving export sales, and positioning the company’s premium ceramic products across international markets.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, securing long-term contracts, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution from order confirmation to payment realization.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

International Business Development

• Identify, approach, and acquire new international buyers across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and other potential export markets.
• Develop long-term business partnerships that generate sustainable revenue and strengthen the company’s global presence.
• Build strong rapport with prospective and existing buyers through professional communication, relationship management, and consistent customer engagement.
• Coordinate product sampling, product presentations, and commercial discussions to convert opportunities into confirmed business, with a strong focus on annual supply agreements.
• Represent the company through regular overseas business visits, client meetings, trade fairs, and international exhibitions to expand market reach and reinforce customer confidence.
  
  

Sales & Commercial Management

• Focus on premium market segments by promoting product quality, innovation, reliability, timely delivery, and long-term business value.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on product costing, pricing strategy, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Prepare and issue Proforma Invoices (PI), coordinate order confirmations, and ensure smooth commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Logistics, and Quality teams to maintain an efficient delivery pipeline and ensure all customer commitments are achieved within agreed timelines.
• Conduct pre-shipment quality verification and coordinate final product approval before dispatch.
• Monitor post-shipment activities, including payment follow-up, collection confirmation, and customer satisfaction.
  
  

Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to understand customer behavior, market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging business opportunities.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years
• Education: bachelor of business administration in marketing
