We’re looking for a curious, enthusiastic, and obsessed-with-brands-and-business-growth person to join our creative team as an International Marketing & Business Development Intern.

What You'll Do:

• Research international markets, industries, businesses, and potential clients
• Identify potential international clients and business opportunities
• Research competitors, creative agencies, and global branding trends
• Support international lead generation and client outreach activities
• Research target audiences and decision-makers across different markets
• Help develop strategies to promote Nondon's services internationally
• Support content planning for LinkedIn and other professional platforms
• Assist with creative campaign ideas and marketing communication
• Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and research documents
• Keep an eye on global cultural, consumer, design, and industry trends

What We Expect:

• Students or fresh graduates from Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in international business, branding, marketing, and advertising
• Curious about how businesses and brands grow in different markets
• Understanding of LinkedIn, social media, and digital marketing
• Interest in lead generation, market research, business development, and client acquisition
• Basic understanding of content marketing and communication
• Comfortable with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Canva, and online research tools
• Good written English and communication skills
• Someone who notices brands everywhere—from a local tea stall to a global billboard
