Sales & Business Development – Primary Focus
- Actively engage with walk-in, phone, online and referred customers to generate sales.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable electronics products based on budget and requirements.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Promote ongoing offers, installment facilities, campaigns and product benefits.
- Support cross-selling and up-selling of relevant products and accessories.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers to develop repeat business.
- Welcome and assist customers professionally throughout their showroom journey.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, warranty, delivery, installation and installment facilities.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and service-related concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow up after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain proper customer, lead and follow-up records.
- Prepare daily sales and customer follow-up reports as assigned.
- Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Service, Accounts and other relevant teams when required.
- Keep product displays, sales counters and customer areas organized and presentable.
- Actively participate in promotional campaigns, sales activities and special events.
- Continuously develop product knowledge, sales skills and customer communication skills.
- Learn and follow company sales processes, policies and service standards.
- Demonstrate a positive, disciplined, target-oriented and team-focused attitude.
