Intern - Human Resource

Job Purpose

To support daily HR operations, employee data management, compensation-related activities, and HR reporting while gaining practical exposure to HR processes, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare HR documents, including employment letters, confirmation letters, and other employee-related documents.
• Assist in attendance, leave, and employee information tracking.
• Maintain compensation records and employee benefit information.
• Assist in preparing compensation-related reports and analysis.
• Support the HR team in salary reviews, increments, and employee benefits administration.
• Prepare HR reports using Excel and HR systems.
• Assist in analyzing employee data, attendance trends, and compensation information.
• Support HR projects related to process improvement and automation.

Recruitment Requirement

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's/master's degree in human resources management, business administration, management, or related fields.
• All credit completed except internship.
