- Assist in day-to-day HR Operations, including attendance, leave, employee records, and documentation.
- Support HRIS/HR software data entry, updating, and maintenance.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, databases, and employee records.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate tracking.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, documents, and official communications.
- Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare HR data using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
- Support HR process improvement and digitalization initiatives.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
- Experience: 0-2 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in human resource management
- Skills: human resources, hris management, hr management, human resources management, hris (human resource information system)
