Job Description
- Support recruitment activities, CV screening and interview coordination.
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation activities.
- Support training, employee engagement and HR documentation.
- Assist in HRIS data entry and report preparation.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Adherence to the Child and Youth Safeguarding Policy & Code of Conduct and Sexual Misconduct Regulation (PSHEA) of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree completed or final-year student in HRM, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in Bangla and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team.
