Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Support coordination with designers and agencies for content development.
- Help monitor online campaigns and prepare basic performance reports.
- Monitor brand pages and respond to comments and inbox messages.
- Escalate customer queries or issues when necessary.
- Assist with influencer communication and campaign coordination.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research as assigned.
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field from a reputed university.
- All academic courses must be completed except the internship requirement.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and current digital trends.
- Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work as a team player.
