The incumbent will have the responsibility to: Manage and provide day-to-day support to a designated group of drivers in the field, ensuring smooth operational coordination. Conduct driver segmentation and engagement initiatives to strengthen driver relationships and improve retention. Monitor driver adherence and performance data, identifying non-compliant drivers and recommending appropriate follow-up actions. Communicate proactively with drivers to address operational concerns, share updates, and ensure timely resolution of issues. Execute and support project-based driver engagement and activation campaigns across assigned regions. Identify performance gaps, counsel drivers, and provide guidance to improve service quality and operational compliance. Recognize, appreciate, and motivate high-performing and highly engaged drivers through ongoing engagement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of driver engagement and performance improvement programs.Fresh graduates majoring in any discipline are encouraged to apply (all academic coursework must be completed, except for the internship). Good understanding of transportation regulations and operational practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla. Excellent attention to detail with strong documentation and record-keeping abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle operational challenges effectively. Basic proficiency in computers and common software, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
