- Develop creative interior design concepts, space planning, layouts, and material selections for residential, commercial, and corporate projects.
- Prepare detailed 3D models, realistic renders, walkthroughs, mood boards, and presentation materials.
- Utilize AI-based tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, AI rendering tools/plugins, etc. for concept development, visualization, and presentation enhancement.
- Prepare professional design presentations and effectively communicate design concepts to clients and management.
- Prepare working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, lighting layouts, elevations, and other necessary drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and site execution teams to ensure proper implementation of approved designs.
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, and ensure design accuracy during execution.
- Revise designs based on client feedback while maintaining project requirements, quality, and deadlines.
- Experience: 7 to 10 years
- Education: architecture
