We are searching for a passionate Interior Designer to collaborate with our clients and create exceptional interior spaces. In this role, you will work on designing commercial and residential projects, offering creative solutions that blend style and functionality. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior designs, ensuring that they align with clients' needs, budgets, and project timelines.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

➤ Conceptualize and design innovative interior spaces that meet client needs and preferences.

➤ Create detailed floor plans, sketches, and 3D renderings for interior design concepts.

➤ Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget.

➤ Select furniture, decor, colors, materials, and finishes that fit the project’s aesthetic and functional goals.

➤ Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented as intended.

➤ Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure the successful completion of interior design projects.

➤ Conduct site visits to assess the progress and quality of work.

➤ Keep up to date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to create modern, sustainable designs.

➤ Provide expert advice on space optimization and functionality.

➤ Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations related to interior design.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

◆ Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role with a portfolio of completed projects.

◆ Strong knowledge of interior design principles, including space planning, color theory, and materials.

◆ Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other relevant tools.

◆ Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with clients and team members.

◆ Ability to create and interpret detailed design concepts and layouts.

◆ Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

◆ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

◆ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

◆ Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.

◆ Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

◆ Experience in both residential and commercial interior design projects.

◆ Familiarity with building codes and regulations in the region.

◆ Experience in project management and client communication.

◆ Knowledge of 3D rendering software and visualization tools.
