Responsibilities & Context:

1. Role Overview: Universal IT is seeking highly dynamic, articulation-focused, and results-driven professionals to join our international deployment wing. As an International Campaign Specialist, you will be assigned to high-yield outbound telemarketing, strategic lead generation, direct sales, or premium customer support tracks depending on your specific project assignment.

2. Cross-Border Outbound Engagement: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective residential or corporate consumers across the USA and Canada.

3. Full-Cycle Pipeline Conversion: Execute script presentation, handle objections smoothly, and fix qualified appointments or close direct sales transactions for premium North American enterprise clients.

4. Native/Near-Native English Proficiency: Candidates must possess exceptional verbal communication skills, clear pronunciation, and strong listening comprehension. The ability to engage in unscripted, natural conversations with native North American speakers is strictly mandatory.

5. Sales Acumen & Resilience: A persuasive, confident personality with a thick skin for handling rejection and a strong drive to hit performance milestones.

Compensation & Other Benefits:

Salary range 15000 to 40000 TK, Over time allowance,Performance bonus, Salary Review: Yearly, Festival Bonus: 2

3. Performance Bonus: Achieving 100% of your designated monthly operational targets unlocks a premium 10,000 TK performance bonus, credited directly on top of your standard base salary. For elite, top-tier performers who surpass metrics to achieve 150% of their monthly goal, the incentive scales dynamically to a substantial 20,000 TK reward. This progressive corporate framework is specifically structured to offer exceptional financial acceleration for our most driven sales professionals.
