- Deliver Lectures: Conduct both theoretical classroom lectures and hands-on practical lab sessions covering core electrical engineering topics.
- Lesson Planning: Formulate detailed daily lesson plans, course syllabus, and structural lecture materials aligned perfectly with the BTEB curriculum.
- Digital Teaching: Utilize digital technology, presentation tools, and modern teaching aids to explain complex electrical circuit concepts.
- Hands-On Trade Training: Teach practical trade skills including residential wiring, industrial control systems, electrical installation, transformer design etc.
- Evaluate Performance: Administer and evaluate student performance via Class Tests (CT), Quiz Tests (QT), Mid-term examinations, and final practical evaluations.
- Script Assessment: Check, grade, and record marks for routine exams and homework scripts objectively.
- Academic Counseling: Monitor classroom discipline, track attendance, and provide academic counseling to guide struggling students.
- Class Teacher Duties: Perform designated routine obligations as a Class Teacher, serving as the primary point of contact for a specific student cohort.
- Enforce Safety Protocols: Implement and monitor strict workshop safety regulations to minimize and eliminate workplace electrical hazards.
- Maintain Lab Equipment: Inspect, service, and troubleshoot electrical lab machinery, trainers, tools, and testing meters to ensure optimal operational conditions.
- Resource Inventory: Manage the inventory of raw materials and lab tools, and report structural supply shortages to the administration promptly.
- Schedule Planning: Cooperate with the department head to outline academic routines, class distribution schedules, and multi-semester timelines.
- Attend Institutional Meetings: Participate regularly in departmental, faculty, and academic board meetings.
- Administrative Assignments: Complete any additional operational or organizational duties explicitly designated by the SSR polytechnic institute management.
- Experience: 1-2 years
