Role Description The Instructor will deliver in-person training sessions and workshops to learners at our on-site facility in Dinajpur Sadar Upazila. This full-time role involves preparing lesson plans, creating instructional materials, and teaching concepts related to freelancing, digital skills, and design in a clear, engaging manner. The Instructor will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer guidance on portfolio development and practical projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing class schedules, supporting learners individually, maintaining a professional learning environment, and collaborating with the team to improve course content and teaching methods.
Qualifications

• Ability to design and deliver structured lessons, including creating clear learning objectives, materials, and assessments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in an accessible way to diverse learners.
• Experience in freelancing, digital skills, or UI/UX design, with practical project or industry background that can be shared with learners.
• Proficiency in basic computer use and common online tools and platforms used for e-learning and remote work.
• Demonstrated coaching or mentoring skills, including patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and support learners.
• Ability to work on-site in Dinajpur Sadar Upazila and collaborate effectively within a team-based training environment.
• Prior teaching, training, or facilitation experience is highly beneficial; certifications or formal education in education, design, or related fields are an advantage.
